We experienced a temporary service disruption for our AI Developer Researcher platform due to unexpectedly high traffic on our Azure deployment. This caused some of our users to face delays or connection issues while accessing the platform.

Solution Implemented:
To address this, we scaled up the compute and storage resources on our Azure infrastructure and optimized the traffic routing using Azure Traffic Manager to balance the load more efficiently. These changes have significantly improved performance and stability, ensuring the platform can handle increased usage going forward.
